In this track we talk about the Shark Totem: the "Steel Efficiency" that is required today to succeed. This is a job specialization, a definition of your gifts and skills put into action in the most focused and aligned way. This kind of efficiency can't be heartless: it must have heart, soul, guidance, inspiration in it. Once we tap into our calling, we must become ruthless with the distractions of the world outside of ourselves because we will get lost in the hassle. You must live through choice - you must let go of victims. We are the first manipulators - we want people to like us. But we must not allow others to pull our strings - as soon as someone wants something from us, we know it, we sense it. Be brave, be strong and stay in your centre. 

Chapter 12: Shark Totem - A Lesson in Efficiency

In this track we talk about the word "impeccability in thought and action". Don't need from others - just share your mutual powers. This is a balanced collaboration. "Just because you can" is not a good reason to do things. "Impeccability" means that you make decisions and are completely responsible for all the consequences. Are you prepared to face the results of your thoughts and actions? If you find yourself trying to shift blame onto someone or something else, then you need to really look at what you do, what you say and what you mean from a point of truth inside yourself. 

Chapter 11: The Word Impeccability

In this track we talk about social media and the withdrawal symptoms that we get when we detach from it. We need to be watchful like hawks with our energetic boundaries and make decisions based on our energy: is our energy contained and refocused thanks to this interaction or is our energy dispersed due to distraction? The consequences of lacking this kind of self-discipline is that it takes a long time to recover and re-gather ourselves. In our modern society, we suffer from the "fear of missing out" and that prevents us from making decisions that we know are good for us. This is a very dangerous syndrome because it robs us from our inner peace. Be selective, be proactive, be successful.

Chapter 10 - Be Selective with Your Energy

This short track is a spontaneous life coaching session for Luciana as she is creating her own YouTube channel in which she will interview people that she believes are "cutting edge" in their approach to their jobs. Luciana is a young "spiritual entrepreneur" of the 21st century, a ray of sunshine who is prepared to "lead with the TAO" - being the example of what she wants to create. Unlike many "entitled" young people of the new generations, Luciana is working in her spiritual growth in order to link her action and intuition so that she can follow forward with her own guidance. This is a way to build yourself as you go, focusing from the inside-out without competing with others or without being distracted with the things that society finds valuable, yet I believe that the person's values must come first.

Chapter 9 - A Mentoring Session

The education of the future will be that of at heart level based on stable frequencies, maintained at a conscious level. First, we need to grow individually to become a stabilizing factor, not by what we say or do but by who we are (or "be" or human-be-ings). We will then tap onto a stream of higher consciousness becoming "uplifters" - it takes practice being kind but it is a very powerful emotion to realise that we are contributing to raising the standards.

Chapter 8: A New Society of Higher Consciousness

We can only move forward in leaps when we release fears. We must engage with change even though it is painful and 2021 is going to continue to shake us because 2+2+1 = 5 - the vibration of change. The lockdown was drastic, intense, unexpected, imposed... but at the same time it was a place for creativity, an opportunity to stop unnecessary activity, for going inside and looking for inner resources. We are getting more and more clarity in this time of "bear incubation" or going into the "cave" and we need to learn to respect the rhythms of our body. 

Chapter 7: Grasshopper Totem - Leaping Forward

Choose to reconnect - follow your heart in big or small ways. Don't get involved in all the fights in the world - there is only one path that you must follow so make a conscious decision to get back into your stream and pick your cause. Go back into balance - focus your energies. You will be tested whether you follow the path of guilt or you choose to shine your strongest light and bring hope the way you can. Guilt is subtle, disempowering, demeaning, negating. It makes you feel undeserving and it goes against life itself. And it is never a solution.

Chapter 6: Dealing with Guilt

In this track we talk about the fact that only when we tune into the rhythms of our hearts can we hear the "subtleties" from the Universe. We don't usually allow ourselves time or space to listen to our own rhythms - we are in a rush to achieve this or that, but nature focuses a lot of time gestating and in short bursts, it achieves what it needs. We are supposed to become "satellite dishes" or receivers. This is really all we need to do. But we are stubborn - it was supposed to be good!!

Chapter 6: Listen to the Rhythms of Your Heart

In this track we talk about the Dog Totem: the "Self-Love" lesson, the first lesson that we need to learn in order to become your own leader, in order to assert your boundaries. When you awaken your own inner guidance, there is no right or wrong - you know it and it becomes your guiding light. We all need our yin and yang, our feminine and masculine sides in the right balance. People don't have the right to step over your boundaries and say whatever they want to just because they can or because they want or need to feel better. People have to be mindful with their words and choose their intentions. And what looks like in the outside is not the engine of the Universe - your intentions are what send your karmic boomerang coming back to you.

Chapter 5: Dog Totem - The Lesson of "Self-Love"

In this track we talk about how we evolve simply because it gives us joy, not because we want to save someone or we want someone to save us. We resonate together at our core truth. The processes for evolution require patience, gathering of focus, containment, determination, forming and keeping of boundaries and being in the receptive mode. We don't discount anything that already exists because everything was first a thought and we don't need to reinvent the wheel every time. We can use the resources already existing in order to leap forward in life. Use them to your advantage and accept whatever feels right and true for you. That power at heart level is the Heart of the Lion.

Chapter 4: The Heart of the Lion

In this track we talk about Indigo children choosing their mothers, what their pregnancies can be like when the mother aligns energetically to the frequency of the unborn soul, how these children will telepathically communicate with the mother all the necessary information to have a healthy pregnancy and fast delivery. Seeing the world from the Indigo's eyes. This is the archetypal language that they understand. Their parents must not block them in their creativity and tell them what to do - they already have their blueprint in their DNA about what they are here to do. These children need respect and their call to action is to create a more real-reality: to break down anything out of integrity and project a better way that is more loving and integrated at soul level, and parents and teachers must work with them. We need to follow a higher guidance and not be scared but learn "the language" to embrace it as normal.

This track is an interview by Luciana where we discuss holistic learning, what is required to best nurture the next generations as we walk the spiritual path, while at the same time completing your formal schooling. We discuss the elements of communication, negotiation and mediating that are needed to bring people together from the different generations, bridging the generational gap and learning to speak the languages from before the war, to the baby-boomers to the millennials both inside and outside the school environment.
