As successful CEOs devote their time and energy to growing their companies in a fast-paced world of global trade, high technology and fierce competition, the how of business—also known as organizational culture—can be neglected. The repercussions include losing your most talented people, damaging your reputation and wreaking havoc on company growth.
Through the use of real-life examples and client conversations, organizational psychologist and Master Coach Dr. Shahrzad Nooravi shares three models for driving a strong culture: WATCH IT, DRIVE IT® and WALK IT®.
WATCH IT centers on looking at your culture from a fresh perspective with simple assessment tools and awareness of Culture Stressors that drive people away while maximizing Culture Cultivators and empowering your Culture Guardians.
DRIVE IT® focuses on driving culture from the inside out. This self-coaching model starts with self-reflection and openness to seeing your strengths and possible development areas reflected in your company’s culture. It is the scary and empowering initial step that will help you be the change and help you create your dream life and dream business.
WALK IT® guides on managing the constant change that will and should happen to your growing business.
